This is old, but I still laugh every time I hear Batman speaking…
I am not sure if it was due to the extreme humidity and heat in Florida, or the fact that I was walking around for 12 hours a day in various theme parks everyday in that heat, but I am way down. I was dreading weighing myself, as before vacation I threw myself into work and getting things finished off and did not take care of myself at all. Then while on vacation, I paid very little attention to what I was eating.
WEIGHT: 241.2 lbs (weight taken at 6:30am, DOWN 2.8 pounds since end of March, have lost 8 pounds total)
EXERCISE:
Not much planned due to still catching up with stuff I missed. This weekend? Walking walking walking!)
DIET:
- Breakfast at work.
- 6 glasses of water for the day.
- Lunch at work.
- Dinner at home.
CONCERNS:
After sleeping in this morning, I didn’t have time to make breakfast or pack a lunch so I am doing my best to pick healthy alternatives here at the college.
EXERCISE:
I am at home today, so I am going to go out for a walk later.
DIET:
- Breakfast at home
- 6 glasses of water for the day
- Lunch from home
- Dinner at mother-in-law’s for my sister-in-law’s b-day.
CONCERNS:
And here we go into another round of birthday parties. Heaven help me :/
This is starting to become a bit of a pattern… These past few days have been completely thoughtless with regards to eating and exercise. I had a stressful week this week with work and whatnot, but not so stressful that it should have been this easy to just drop everything I was hoping to accomplish and go back to all of my old habits. This is getting depressing :/
EXERCISE:
4 sets of: 6 laps speed walking, 2 laps running at the South Gym, which is open as per normal.
DIET:
- Breakfast at home
- 6 glasses of water for the day
- Lunch from home
- Dinner made at home
CONCERNS:
Snacking = weight loss? Weird.
+ ate well all day
+ drank more than my goal amount of water
Negatives:- I actually had a snack at work after lunch, and a snack before bed. Both were healthy, but I didn’t really need to do that
- didn’t get a chance to work out as my work day was very busy

I didn’t end up gaining as much as I thought I would after the abysmal weekend I had this past weekend, but I have to reverse this holding pattern I’m in.
I couldn’t have planned a worse weekend for eating than what occurred this past weekend. Saturday alone I think I consumed more calories than I had the entire week previous. Yesterday wasn’t as bad, but damn.
WEIGHT: 242.8 lbs (weight taken at 7:15am, DOWN 0.2 pounds today, have lost 6.4 pounds total)

- Lunch from home
- Dinner made at home
CONCERNS:
I don’t know if it was the last vestiges of me being sick or what, but my eating yesterday was not good. I was pretty focused though, and managed to get a ton of stuff done with the housework, my freelancing stuff and with my family.
+ ate good breakfast
+ + + worked out via housework - did so many flights of stairs hauling laundry and vacuuming it was like being at the gym
Negatives:- I didn’t eat very well for lunch and dinner, but I didn’t eat a ton of food… it was just one of those “let’s get rid of leftovers!” days
- didn’t drink very much water at all
